Hourly Rate: $26
Flexible schedule (0–40 hours per week)
Weekday, evening and weekend shifts starting the week of May 26th

As a Seasonal Experience Representative, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you're welcoming visitors, offering retail tips in our Clock Tower Shop, supporting events or serving up drinks (21+ only for bartending duties), every day is different—and that’s the fun of it!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage guests with warm, helpful energy

• Share information about Filoli’s history and gardens

• Welcome guests into our Clock Tower Shop and assist them in purchasing specialty products

• Bartend at events (if 21+), restock supplies, and create a fun, safe vibe

• Help manage guest flow and support special events

• Be part of a team that values sustainability, integrity, and inclusivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and guest-focused attitude (experience in hospitality, retail, or museums is a plus)

• Willingness to be on your feet, work weekends and evenings, and help where needed

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Someone who is excited to create a welcoming experience for every guest

• If bartending: must be 21+ and legally able to serve alcohol

• Basic computer & retail skills (Square experience + bonus points!)

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk, stand, and move around the property (including stairs and uneven ground)

• Occasionally able to lift or carry items up to 50 pounds

When and Where:
This is a seasonal role with flexible hours depending on events and programs.
You’ll be working on-site at Filoli in Woodside, CA.
Schedules are shared at least two weeks in advance.
