Location: Filoli Historic House & Garden, Woodside, CA & Redwood City Warehouse
Position Type: Full-time, Exempt, Salaried, Benefit Eligible
Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Salary Range: $94,000 to $104,000 (Depending upon candidate experience)
Reports to: Director of Retail Operations
Filoli is more than a historic estate; it is a vibrant, high-volume operation where nature, history, and commerce meet. We are looking for a Retail Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager to be the operational "engine" behind our award-winning retail program.

The Role: Driving Excellence Behind the Scenes
Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, you will lead the back-of-house logistics for our multi-location retail program. You will bridge the gap between our offsite warehouse in Redwood City and our onsite shops, ensuring that our "beauty and bounty" is always in stock and ready for our guests.

Mentor & Empower: Supervise the Retail Logistics Coordinator and warehouse staff. You’ll lead onboarding, provide "Radical Candor" in coaching, and foster a high-trust, high-performing culture.

Systems Thinker: Develop and maintain best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, pricing, and replenishment.

Strategic Control: Lead inventory cycle counts and shrinkage control strategies to ensure our "books" match our "shelves."

Seasonal Agility: Prioritize and process high volumes of product for major events like Holidays at Filoli and Nightfall, ensuring we never miss a beat during peak visitation.

Digital Operations: Oversee the daily management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and inventory is synced across Square and Shopify.

The Unboxing Experience: Direct the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure our online guests receive a brand-aligned, high-quality experience every time.
Success Profile: Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented leader who balances technical supply chain expertise with high emotional intelligence. You don't just move boxes; you move the mission forward.

Experience: 3–5 years in Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations (ideally in high-volume retail), with 2–3 years of proven management experience.

Technical Toolbox: Proficient in Google Suite; experience with Square, YellowDog, or Shopify is a major plus.

The Mindset: You are a "Change Agent" who embraces curiosity and continuous improvement. You lead with self-awareness and create a sense of belonging for your team.

Physical Readiness: You are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, driving delivery trucks/utility carts, and using/obtaining a forklift certification.
